ITB Asia is an annual international travel trade show organized by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific. The event brings together businesses operating in travel services, accommodation, corporate travel, event organization, and travel technology.
Unlike events primarily aimed at the general public, ITB Asia focuses on business-to-business (B2B) activities. Participants can showcase their services, discuss potential cooperation, build relationships with suppliers, and seek product distribution partners.
According to information provided by the organizers, the 2026 edition aims to attract more than 18,000 attendees and over 1,000 exhibiting companies. This scale demonstrates the potential for connections across different markets while enabling businesses to explore diverse business models and tourism products.
Through face-to-face meetings and industry-focused activities, ITB Asia helps promote commercial exchanges, supports businesses in understanding market demand, and creates opportunities for long-term development.

ITB Asia Singapore 2026 will take place over three days in Singapore, one of Southeast Asia's important centers for trade and tourism.
The key event details are as follows:
Hosting the event in Singapore facilitates connections among businesses from different countries. Meanwhile, the co-location of ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia, and Travel Tech Asia expands the event's scope, covering everything from leisure travel to corporate services and technology solutions.
Businesses planning to attend should monitor official announcements for updates on the event schedule, registration requirements, and networking programs available to different categories of participants.

One notable feature of ITB Asia 2026 is its theme, “Experiences in Motion: Human-Centred Design in Travel & Tourism,” which emphasizes developing tourism products around people's needs and real-world experiences.
This trend reflects changes in customer behavior. Today's travelers are concerned not only with destinations and trip costs but also with convenience, how well a trip matches their personal preferences, and the value they receive throughout their journey.
For businesses, this creates a need to view customer experience as a continuous process. From searching for information and receiving consultations to booking services, obtaining assistance during a trip, and receiving post-travel support, every customer touchpoint can influence satisfaction levels and the likelihood of repeat business.
Alongside the human element, technology also plays a supporting role in improving services. Digital solutions can help businesses manage information, streamline booking processes, and personalize marketing activities. However, technology adoption should address actual business needs rather than simply follow trends.

The exhibition covers multiple segments of the tourism ecosystem, creating opportunities for businesses to find partners aligned with their business objectives.
Leisure Travel and Tour Operations: Travel companies, destination management organizations, hotels, resorts, and experience providers can showcase their products, discuss cooperation policies, and seek new distribution channels.
MICE and Event Organization: MICE Show Asia serves businesses involved in meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. It provides a networking environment for hotels, event venues, event management companies, and service providers catering to corporate groups.
Corporate Travel: This segment enables accommodation providers, transportation companies, and business travel management services to connect with corporate clients while exploring their needs for organizing and managing business trips.
Travel Technology: Travel Tech Asia creates opportunities to explore solutions for service bookings, business management, product distribution, and operational efficiency.
In addition, themed experience zones focusing on areas such as gastronomy, wellness, and adventure travel are featured in the 2026 program, broadening perspectives on the types of tourism products businesses can develop.

For Vietnamese tourism businesses, participating in an international exhibition is not solely about brand promotion. It can also support specific commercial objectives.
First, the event provides opportunities to connect with international tour operators, distribution agents, and service providers. These relationships can help businesses develop multi-destination itineraries, create products for international travelers, or expand their sales networks.
Furthermore, direct engagement with partners helps businesses better understand product requirements, service standards, and cooperation practices in different markets. This knowledge can serve as a basis for adjusting tour itineraries, pricing policies, and marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
Vietnam offers numerous advantages in terms of natural resources, cultural heritage, cuisine, and local experiences. Products such as tours exploring Southern Vietnam, visits to the Cu Chi Tunnels, journeys through the Mekong Delta, or itineraries combining culture and cuisine can be introduced to international partners, depending on the target customer segment.
To make the most of these opportunities, businesses should prepare English-language company profiles, clear product information, transparent cooperation policies, and a list of potential partners to approach. Maintaining contact and following up with potential business leads after the exhibition is just as important as the initial meetings.

Before registering, businesses should clearly define their participation objectives, such as finding new agents, introducing products, researching competitors, or exploring technology solutions. The more specific these objectives are, the more effectively businesses can select relevant programs and arrange meetings.
Participants should prepare company profiles, service catalogs, product images, and contact information in English. If they intend to meet specific partners, they should reach out in advance and research those partners' business activities.
Registration details, conference schedules, and participation requirements should be verified directly on the official ITB Asia website to ensure accuracy.
ITB Asia Singapore 2026 offers tourism businesses an opportunity to connect with international partners, stay informed about industry developments, and explore ways to expand their operations across the Asia-Pacific market. With its focus on B2B networking and customer-centered experiences, the event provides valuable insights for businesses seeking to innovate their products and improve service quality.
